Services

Three practices. One senior team. Zero hand-offs between junior account managers.

Paid media, SEO, and CRO are planned and bought by operators with a decade of in-the-trench experience — under one accountable engagement, one reporting layer, one P&L.

Practice areas

Paid Media, SEO, and CRO — three interlocking disciplines, one shared model of measurement.

Every practice is led by a senior practitioner with 8+ years of experience. Each engagement shares the same attribution stack, the same weekly reporting cadence, and the same KPI floor — so channel decisions compound instead of compete.

Practice 02 — SEO

Technical SEO, content, and authority — built on the same Signal Recovery framework published in Marketing Week.

Our SEO practice co-developed the 'Signal Recovery Framework' now in use by 600+ in-house teams. We pair technical audits, content programs, and digital PR under a single senior lead — no separation between "the SEO team" and "the content team."

  • 140+ long-form teardowns on the agency blog, averaging 9,200 organic sessions per article.
  • Direct attribution integration with paid and CRO work, so SEO lift shows up on the same P&L as media spend.
  • Editorial-led link acquisition, not paid link networks.

Practice 03 — CRO

Conversion rate optimization — run by analysts who ship, not researchers who report.

Our CRO team pairs with the media buyer on day one. Every experiment is scoped against incrementality, not session-level A/B p-values. The result: lift that survives cookie loss and iOS changes because it's measured against modeled revenue, not vanity conversions.

  • Weekly model recalibration in-house — MMM capability, not a vendor contract.
  • Direct handoff from analytics into design and dev, no agency-of-agencies overhead.
  • KPI floors written into the engagement, with a 60-day exit clause if we miss.

Procurement FAQ

Questions a CMO asks before agreeing to a strategy call.

Direct answers, no sales softening. If a question here isn't covered, bring it to the call — we'd rather resolve it on the record than leave it ambiguous.

Is there a minimum ad spend to work with Dizital Media?

Yes. We focus on growth-stage brands spending at least $15,000 per month on paid media. Below that threshold, the senior-only model doesn't pencil — the strategist-to-account ratio we hold breaks. If you're pre-scale, we can refer you to a partner agency better suited to your stage.

What do the contracts and the 60-day performance clause actually look like?

Fixed-fee retainers start at $8,500/month for a single-channel engagement and scale with channel mix and spend tier. The 60-day clause is written into the master services agreement: if we miss the agreed KPI floors at the 60-day review, you can exit with 30 days' notice and no wind-down fee. The diagnostic is billed separately so the engagement only begins if the diagnostic clears it.

How do you handle attribution after iOS privacy changes?

We run an in-house media mix model with weekly recalibration — not third-party black-box attribution — and we audit every client's closed-loop tracking stack against iOS signal loss. Our published Signal Recovery Framework recovers roughly 41% of the signal that standard GA4 setups lose, and it's now used by 600+ in-house teams. You can read it on Marketing Week (January 2024) or have us walk you through the implementation on the call.

Who actually works on my account — and what happens when they're unavailable?

Every engagement is staffed by three named people: a strategist, a media buyer, and an analyst, each with 8+ years of experience — there is no junior pyramid. Coverage is built into the pod: when a primary is on leave or off-hours, a peer within the same practice picks up without re-onboarding. Average client tenure of 22 months tells you how often this actually matters. We staff across US and UK business hours; we don't promise overnight coverage because we don't staff it.

If the team is senior-only, how does the agency actually scale?

Slowly and deliberately. We've grown from a founding team to 41 full-time specialists since 2017, remained bootstrapped, and stayed cash-positive every quarter. Scaling is gated by hiring senior people, which takes 3–6 months per seat. We turn down engagements when we can't staff them with the three-person pod they need — that's why our average client tenure is 22 months and our employee NPS hit 71 in the 2024 internal survey.
